I was looking forward to doing Tracey's journal with its fab theme of 'Shoes' as I was really keen to see what everyone else has done so far. I spend most of my day in bare feet and so I don't have many really special pairs of lovelies so I thought I'd share some pics of my ultimate barefoot experience - our wedding day! I did buy special shoes for the day, some very cool flip-flops that stamped 'just married' in the samd as I walked. I made a little pocket from patterned paper and added my journaling so that Tracey would understand about my photo choices. Of course I had to add a strip of my favourite ruffled rose trim along with some baker's twine and a charm - these things are for using and the circle journals are the ideal place to use them!!
I've noticed a steady increase in the number of people following the blog over on the right of this page and wanted to say thank you to everyone who has done so. In response to this I thought I'd give something back to my blog subscribers and so as soon as I reach 50 followers I will randomly draw one person to win a hand made mini book I have been working on - all decorated and ready to go, you just need to add your photos and journaling!
