Kit 1 for October

Can you believe its October already - where has the Summer gone?? Anyway, we have a travel themed kit as our first for October so you can record your travels and trips from the year so far. This kit is a doozy as well as it includes a whole pack of Fancy Pants acrylic stamps which retail for far in excess of the cost of the kit! We also have a terrific flower technique that we first showcased at our last crop and it was so well received that we wanted to share it again. We will upload a technique video over the next few days so you can have a practice before you use it with your kit.
The kit contains; cardstock, 3 sheets of patterned paper, a whole pack of stamps, natural string and a paper template.
You will need an acrylic block to mount your stamps onto, green and brown inkpads (the sample uses Distress Inks in Brushed Corduroy and Bundled Sage), 3d foam pads, brads or crystals for the flower centres, large scallop circle punch (about 2.5") and two progressively smaller circle punches (about 1.25" and 1.5") and some letter stickers for the title although you can create a title from the card or paper in the kit! - the sample uses My Minds Eye 'Lush' flocked alphabet in green. The sample also includes a few additional postage stamp images and would be great to include any tickets, money or stamps from your trip.
The photos on the sample are all 6" x 4", two landscape and two portrait but you could use larger images. We wouldn't recommend using too many more than the four photos we used as there is a lot going on here but you could certainly use 2 or 3 larger pics for more impact. The tags are perfect for journaling your memories associated with the photos and they are tucked under photos so you can hide your handwriting away if you're not keen!!
