Our first kit for May has a hand made theme with a sewing pattern 12x12 overlay transparency and a lovely pack of decorative pins. Its certainly enough to get you searching through your photos for those pics of home made dresses, hand-knitted cardigans or anything else that has been crafted by hand!The kit includes three double sided patterned papers in soft pastel shades which are perfect for this time of year and even better for the fab spiral flowers we have as our technique this month (technique video coming very soon!). We added a couple of scraps of ribbon and a paper tape measure from a well-known Scandinavian flat-pack furniture store together with a Scenic Route chipboard circle and some Thickers alphabet stickers for the title.
You'll need pink, blue and green ink pads for this one - the sample used Distress Inks in Milled Lavender, Peeled Paint and Weathered Wood. Grab a handful of 3d foam pads and a black pen for some faux stitching and you are good to go!!
